For a candidate to become a member, they must have sufficient qualifications for membership and be accepted by the club's board of directors.

The following method should be applied for selecting a new member:

The proposing member submits the "NEW MEMBER CANDIDATE FORM" they filled out regarding the member they proposed through the club secretary to the club's board of directors.

If the board of directors decides that the candidate's basic qualifications are sufficient, they submit the matter to the "Membership Committee" and "Classification Committee" for separate examinations to make necessary investigations and determine their class by taking a board decision. The "Club Secretary" follows up these procedures.

Both the "Membership Committee" and "Classification Committee" reports are discussed at a "board of directors" meeting. If the report results are negative; the situation is determined by a board decision and the relevant file is closed by notifying the proposing member. If the report results are positive; the situation is determined by a board decision and the candidate is visited by officials to fill out the "Application Form"; permission is requested to announce their name and class in the club and region.

The relevant "Application Form" and the candidate's permission regarding the disclosure of their name are determined by a board decision; announcements are made both at the club and District level, and a response is requested within 10 days.

If no written and justified objection is received from any member within ten days and the entrance fee for membership has been paid, the proposed member is accepted as a member of the club with a new board decision.

If a written objection has been made, the board of directors votes on this matter at their next meeting. If the board of directors accepts the candidate's entry into the club despite objections and the entrance fee has been paid, the proposed member candidate becomes a member of the club.

NOTE: It is recommended that the procedures mentioned in the first 3 items be completed within 30 days.
